Here’s my method for tying a loopy bow with seam binding
Here ya go friends. A Home Decor Class using Graphic 45’s “Time to Flouish” Paper Collection! I’m so excited. If you are interested in taking this class read below. It will not be taught until June, and only at all shows I attend in which I drive. I know it stinks, but the blocks are too bulky and large to fly in my suitcase. So if you are attending one of these events, sign-up! This is a limited edition class. 🙂

Kit Contents: 1-(the entire 12×12 paper pad) of Graphic 45’s “Time to Flourish” collection, 12 loose flowers, entire pack of Petaloo’s burlap flowers, lace, more burlap, ribbon, Petaloo’s mulberry butterflies, entire pack of Tim Holtz’s clips, bottle of Ranger Distress Stain, 24- color calendars, 6 blocks, 3-12×12 cardstock, and real color pictures
Class Description: Come play along with Nicole Petersen as she shows you how to create a mixed media/home decor piece that you will proudly display in your home for years to come. Using Graphic 45’s “Time to Flourish” paper, you will create six blocks that display all twelve months of the year! Two complete years (2015 & 2016) will be preprinted and provided for you in your kit as well as the ENTIRE 12 x 12 paper pad of “Time to Flourish!” Plus, you will be able to match your home decor by choosing between white or brown stain. Don’t wait! This class will only be taught at limited location across the US.

Distress Tag Library 3:
Description: Distress Tag Library 1 and 2 were not enough! Nicole Petersen has taken it another step forwarded and created Distress Tag Library 3! ALL BRAND-NEW TECHNIQUES with amazing Ranger products: Texture Paste, Distress Inks, Distress Stains, Distress Crackle, and lots more! You will create a 7-tag instruction booklet filled with new techniques for you to get your ink-on. Come prepared to get inky, messy, and texturized! These techniques are not repeated in any other Distress Tag Library Class, and Distress Tag Library 1 and 2 are NOT prerequisites for Distress Tag 3. Your kit will include: Texture Paste, Ranger Watercolor Paper, tags, book ring, Glassine die-cuts, 2-custom-made stencils, 2-Distress Stains (Brushed Silver and Polished Brass), a straw, and 4-Mini Distress Ink Pads (Aged Mahogany, Gathered Twigs, Pumice Stone, and Seedless Preserves).
Student Supply List: paper towels, water, spray bottle, baby wipes, heat gun, Ranger Ink Applicator and foam refills, and craft sheet. Optional: apron and gloves
Forever Green Home Decor
Description: Join Nicole Petersen in creating a one-of-a-kind home decor/mixed media piece. This beautiful wall hanging can accent any place in your home or office. It could even double as a welcome sign, because it’s created on a chalkboard! Prima paper is featured throughout the project as well as silk greenery. Nicole will even teach you how to create your own bow-maker! Items included in kit: large chalkboard, embroidery hoops, Prima pattern papers, silk greenery, burlap, and a Melissa Frances brooch.
Student Supply List: hot glue gun, hot glue gun refill sticks, scissors, and liquid glue
Romance Novel Tag Plus Bag Album
Description: Come play along with Nicole Petersen as she teaches you how to create a one-of-a-kind mini-album from scratch! This album has a completely new spine building technique/process. Learn how to turn chipboard and paper into a spectacular book which you will want to make over and over! This new book concept is a twist on the ever-popular paper bag albums, hidden hinge albums, and tag albums! She has combined all three methods to make this new tag plus bag album. Your kit will include: 16-12×12 Marion Smith pattern papers, 3 yards of black seam binding, twist ties, burlap, 1-pack of decorative tags, 6-pieces of 8 ½ x 11 velum, 1-large Melissa Frances Resin frame, chipboard, a resin cameo, and paper flowers.
Student Supply List: paper trimmer, scoring board and bone folder, glue stick, liquid glue, hot glue gun with hot glue refill sticks, Crackle Accents, tape runner, brayer, and sanding block.
